TEAM<\/strong><\/p><h5><strong>1. Information on the Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h5><p>For us at Computer Team, protecting the personal data of our customers and partners is of paramount importance.<br \/>To this end, we take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we process<br \/>and to ensure that their processing is always carried out in accordance with the obligations set by the law, both by<br \/>the company itself and by third parties who process personal data on our behalf.<br \/>This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the services we provide to our customers, to the<br \/>communication towards any interested party and to the website www.cteam.gr and its online services.<\/p><h5><strong>2. What is the GDPR?<\/strong><\/h5><p>The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016\/679 (EU) is the new regulatory framework of the European<br \/>Union (EU). The purpose of this law is to establish the conditions for the processing of personal data, the protection<br \/>of the rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular the right to the protection of personal data.<br \/>Personal data, as defined in Article 4 of the GDPR, is the information that can be used to identify you and to<br \/>communicate and make transactions with you, and in particular your name, your postal address, your e-mail<br \/>address, your phone number, and other information when it is combined with your personal information.<\/p><h5><strong>3. Definitions<\/strong><\/h5><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a. Personal data:<\/span> The information that concerns a living natural person and identifies him directly or indirectly, such<br \/>as the name, the VAT number, the contact details (addresses, telephone numbers), the personal identification card<br \/>number, the geographical position data, the online identification, physical characteristics, age, etc. Information<br \/>concerning legal entities is not \u201cpersonal data\u201d and is not protected by the relevant legislation. A subset of personal<br \/>data is the so-called special categories of personal data (or sensitive data), which relate to the private personal<br \/>sphere of the individual (e.g. religious beliefs, political views, membership in trade unions, health, racial origin, sex<br \/>life, administrative or criminal prosecutions and convictions). The natural persons to whom the personal data relate<br \/>are called \u201cdata subjects\u201d.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">b. Processing:<\/span> The collection and use of personal data by any means, such as storage, transmission to third parties,<br \/>deletion, etc.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">c. Controller:<\/span> The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and manner of processing, either alone or in<br \/>conjunction with others (\u201cjoint processors\u201d).<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">d. Processor:<\/span> The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">e. Consent:<\/span> A clear, free, specific and fully aware explicit statement or other positive action of the data subject, with<br \/>which they directly agree to the processing of their personal data and its existence should always be able to be<br \/>proved and provided by the controller.<\/p><h5><strong>4. The Computer Team as the controller<\/strong><\/h5><p>Computer Team, as the controller, with the name \u201cComputer Team SA\u201d, based in Thessaloniki, Kathigitou Rossidou<br \/>19, 54655 with VAT number 094297699, for the purposes of conducting its business activities collects and processes<br \/>personal data of its associates, its suppliers, its employees and its customers, in accordance with applicable national<br \/>law and European Regulation 2016\/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal<br \/>data and on the free movement of such data. Therefore, Computer Team acts as the controller in accordance with<br \/>Article 4 (7) of the GDPR.<\/p><h5><strong>5. Computer Team as the processor<\/strong><\/h5><p>In the context of its activity, Computer Team undertakes the implementation and support of IT projects,<br \/>therefore, as the processor:<\/p><ul><li>Processes personal data only on the basis of written instructions from the controller.<\/li><li>Ensures that persons authorized to process personal data have committed to confidentiality.<\/li><li>Takes the necessary technical and organizational security measures.<\/li><li>Does not hire another processor (\u201csubcontractor\u201d) except with the permission of the controller which<br \/>may be general or specific (in case of general authorization, the \u201ccontroller\u201d is informed in case a<br \/>replacement\/addition of a subcontractor is required, so that the controller to be able to object to these<br \/>changes).<\/li><li>Takes into account the nature of the processing and assists the controller with the appropriate technical<br \/>and organizational measures, in order to fulfill the obligation of the controller to respond to requests for<br \/>the exercise of the rights of the data subject.<\/li><li>Assists the controller in ensuring their compliance with the obligations of keeping records of processing<br \/>activities, processing safety, reporting of breaches and impact assessment study (taking into account the<br \/>nature of the processing and the information available to the processor).<\/li><li>At the option of the controller, deletes or returns all personal data to the controller after the end of the<br \/>processing services and deletes the existing copies.<\/li><li>Makes available to the controller all the necessary information to prove compliance with the obligations<br \/>set out in this article and allows and facilitates controls.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>6. The personal data we process<\/strong><\/h5><p>We process your personal data only for a legal purpose, provided that one of the conditions of article 6 par.<br \/>1 of the GDPR is met. The website www.cteam.gr was designed in such a way that users can visit it without<br \/>having to reveal their identity and without having to provide personal data unless they wish (e.g.<br \/>sending\/posting a CV for a possible employment offering). In the course of our activities and our cooperation<br \/>with you, we will need to collect and process some of your personal data in order to offer you specific<br \/>services and to be able to adequately meet your needs. More specifically:<\/p><p><strong>6.1 Personal data of our customers<\/strong><br \/>Computer Team collects and processes the personal data of the clients, the categories of which are<br \/>mentioned in the Additional Agreements (for the GDPR) that it co-signs with them and which accompany the<br \/>main Contracts. This Personal Data may come to its knowledge in order to provide comprehensive services<br \/>to its Customers.<br \/>The legal basis for the above processing is the fulfillment of our contractual obligations (GDPR article 6 par.<br \/>1b) and the legal interest of the Computer Team (GDPR article 6 par. 1f).<\/p><p><strong>6.2 Personal data from the use of electronic services on our website.<\/strong><br \/>To improve our website to better serve your needs, we measure its performance. During your visit, we<br \/>automatically collect the following information about your computer and your visit: the network and the<br \/>internet service provider, through which you have access to the Internet, your activity on our website, the<br \/>date and time of your browsing on the website our Internet Protocol (IP address), your computer\u2019s operating<br \/>system and your browser software (browser). The legal basis for the above processing is the legal interest of<br \/>Computer Team which is involved in the optimization of the services provided by us to you, as users (GDPR<br \/>article 6 par. 1h).<\/p><h5><strong>6.3 Personal data collected and processed by Computer Team for its staff and<\/strong><br \/><strong>prospective employee<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>The staff of Computer Team is well trained and informed about their obligations regarding the<br \/>protection of personal data and the professional secrecy of customers, suppliers and partners. There is<br \/>always a contractual relationship between Computer Team and its employees, with the necessary<br \/>commitments of confidentiality and taking the appropriate organizational and technical measures to<br \/>protect personal data.<\/li><li>When a new job position is created, Computer Team collects CVs of prospective employees. At this<br \/>stage, Computer Team collects and processes personal data of the candidates, such as name, identity<br \/>card\/passport number, age, marital status, address, telephone number, email address, CV, degrees,<br \/>certifications, work experience, job application, etc. The collection of CVs of the prospective employees<br \/>is done after they have been send by the applicants, to the email address cv@cteam.gr, or other jobsearch websites where the prospective employees submit their CVs voluntarily, after having given their<br \/>consent to the Website, electronically, and where the personal data are processed only by the necessary<br \/>competent and authorized personnel for this process, thus respecting the confidentiality in the<br \/>evaluation of CVs, as a basic principle of the GDPR.<\/li><li>Computer Team ensures that the personal data of each candidate is kept intact and secure, for 1 year<br \/>from the receipt of the CV, in order to be considered in future employment opportunities.<\/li><li>When Computer Team decides to hire a prospective employee, it collects and processes personal data of<br \/>employees, such as name, passport\/identity card number, age, marital status, address, telephone<br \/>number, email address, CV, degrees, certifications, previous work experience, job, health certificates,<br \/>sick leave, VAT, SSN, AM IKA, IBAN, employment contract, payroll data, on education, and on attendance<br \/>of employees. These data are necessary for the performance of contractual and legal obligations of<br \/>Computer Team.<br \/>Legal bases for the above processing are the execution of the contract (GDPR article 6 par. 1 b \u2018), the<br \/>execution of its legal obligations (eg compliance with tax, insurance and labor obligations set by law) (GDPR<br \/>article 6 par. 1c) and the legal interest of the Computer Team (GDPR article 6 par. 1f), as well as the consent<br \/>of the prospective employees to send their CVs (GDPR article 6 par. 1a).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.4 Personal data of our third party partners\/suppliers<\/strong><\/p><p>The Computer Team collects and processes personal data of its partners\/suppliers (eg, web host,<br \/>accountants\/tax experts, lawyers, security technicians, occupational physicians, etc.) such as name, email<br \/>address, telephone number, address, VAT number, identity card number, SSN, IBAN, Business Cards,<br \/>invoices, documents, contracts, etc. We also keep a history of meetings, a directory of categorization,<br \/>evaluation and development of our partners\/suppliers, as well as audit reports. This information is necessary<br \/>for us to be able to communicate, direct and supervise our partners, always aiming at our perfect<br \/>cooperation and the satisfaction of our customers.<br \/>Legal bases for the above processing are the execution of the contract (GDPR article 6 par. 1 b \u2018), the<br \/>execution of our legal obligations (eg compliance with tax, insurance and labor obligations set by law) (GDPR<br \/>article 6 par. 1 M) and the legal interest of the Computer Team (GDPR article 6 par. 1f).<\/p><h5><strong>7. Purposes of processing personal data<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>The recruitment, payroll of employees, and all general liabilities of the company to its employees (eg<br \/>group insurance contract, etc.) but also the processing of personal data of employees for tax and<br \/>insurance purposes, as required by law (eg announcement of their recruitment to \u0395\u03a1\u0393\u0391\u039d\u0397, granting of<br \/>legal licenses, etc).<\/li><li>The collection of CVs of prospective employees, who voluntarily send their CVs electronically (via<br \/>cv@cteam.gr or another job-search website) and which are seen and evaluated only by the few people<br \/>responsible and authorized for this process.<\/li><li>The management and training of human resources, in the context of the legal interest for the good and<br \/>efficient management of the company as well as for the continuous improvement of its operation and<br \/>efficiency.<\/li><li>Communication with Computer Team customers and suppliers\/partners.<\/li><li>The implementation and support of IT projects to our customers and their users.<\/li><li>The processing of the financial data of the Computer Team Clients (such as Health Service Providers,<br \/>etc.), the personal data and the payroll data of the employees of its Clients, as well as personal and<br \/>financial data of the partners and suppliers of Computer Team\u2019s Clients.<\/li><li>The processing of personal patient records processed by Computer Team Clients and which may come to<br \/>its knowledge, in the context of supporting its software applications.<\/li><li>The management of legal or extrajudicial disputes of the Company, based on its relevant obligations<br \/>arising from the Law.<\/li><li>The collection of user data for the optimization and the best efficiency of our services and the<br \/>Company\u2019s Website but also for its protection.<\/li><\/ul><p>The personal data of the above mentioned data subjects will be subjected to any processing other than<br \/>those mentioned above, only after prior relevant notification, if an emerging need so requires.<\/p><h5><strong>8. Basic Principles of personal data processing<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>The processing of personal data takes place in a legal, fair and transparent manner.<\/li><li>The collection of personal data is carried out only for defined, clear and legal purposes.<\/li><li>The storage time of personal data is limited and is done only for the fulfillment of the respective purpose<br \/>of the processing.<\/li><li>Personal data is accurate and up to date.<\/li><li>Inaccurate personal data is corrected or deleted.<\/li><li>Personal data remains confidential and securely stored.<\/li><li>Personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary to offer services for them, and only<br \/>after some agreement.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>9. Where is your personal data disclosed?<\/strong><\/h5><p>The Computer Team may transmit the personal data provided by individuals to third parties, in the following<br \/>cases and for specific purposes.<\/p><p><strong>9.1 To its employees or external associates<\/strong><br \/>These are experienced professionals who are well-informed about the obligations of confidentiality<br \/>regarding the personal data of the clients. Computer Team employees\/external partners have access only to<br \/>the personal data of the clients, which are deemed absolutely necessary for the execution of their duties.<br \/>There is always a contractual relationship between Computer Team and its employees\/external partners,<br \/>with the necessary confidentiality commitments and taking appropriate organizational and technical<br \/>measures to protect customers\u2019 personal data.<\/p><p><strong>9.2 Other third parties due to legislation<\/strong><br \/>We may disclose your personal information to social security agencies, the Ministry of Labor, the competent<br \/>tax authorities as well as to any administrative, judicial or other public authority as defined in applicable law<br \/>or court order to comply with the law or to comply with a mandatory legal process (eg for tax purposes), or<br \/>to protect the rights or security of Computer Team.<\/p><p><strong>9.3 Other third parties with your consent<\/strong><br \/>In addition to the disclosures described in this Privacy and Privacy Policy, we may transfer information about<br \/>you to third parties, provided you give us your free and express consent.<\/p><p><strong>9.4 Transmission of P.D. outside the EEA<\/strong><br \/>Computer Team does not transmit personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area<br \/>(European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). However, in the event of such an event, we will only<br \/>transfer personal data to third countries that provide an adequate level of data protection and for which a<br \/>European Commission adequacy decision has been issued. Otherwise, we can transmit the data only if the<br \/>data subject has explicitly consented to the transmission or if the transmission is subject to appropriate<br \/>guarantees, as regulated in Articles 46 of the General Regulation (eg Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding<br \/>Company Rules). We will also inform the data subjects about this issue and in particular we will explicitly<br \/>mention the third countries where the data will be transmitted as well as the above-mentioned mechanisms<br \/>that allow this transmission in accordance with the General Regulation (eg European Commission adequacy<br \/>decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, where<br \/>the United Kingdom is no longer a Party to the EEA, the references in this paragraph to the EEA shall mean<br \/>the EEA and the United Kingdom.<\/p><h5><strong>10. Storage Period<\/strong><\/h5><p>The data storage period is decided based on the following specific criteria depending on the case:<br \/>When processing is required as an obligation by provisions of the applicable legal framework, customers\u2019<br \/>personal data will be stored for as long as the relevant provisions require.<br \/>When processing is performed on a contract basis, customers\u2019 personal data is stored for as long as is<br \/>necessary for the execution of the contract and for the establishment, exercise, and\/or support of legal<br \/>claims under the contract.<br \/>The CVs of the prospective employees are kept for up to 1 year from their receipt.
